CONSTRUCTION
From concept to completion. Our design specialists develop customized production systems for the plastics industry, always with the goal of remaining “simple”.
SOFTWARE
In our own software department PLC programs for our handling equipment are developed, maintained and extended.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
To ensure seamless engineering, all electrical schematics are designed and built in-house.
CONTROL DESIGN
Flexibility is very important to us. This is just one of the reasons why the control cabinets are built and tested at our facility.
MECHANICAL PARTS MANUFACTURING
The mechanical components for our systems are manufactured in our own facility. We mainly use aluminum.
Spare Parts
Whether in-house produced or purchased, our team offers you comprehensive and competent support in the procurement of all components for your Zubler system.
PRE-ASSEMBLY
Our pre-assembly department builds the machine frames and subassemblies and assembles them into modules.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
At the final assembly, individual modules are electrically and pneumatically connected, to form the complete systems. Subsequent testing and acceptance take place on our premises.
CAMERA INSPECTION
In order to meet the ever-increasing demands for quality control, our inspection department uses camera systems.
COMMISSIONING/ACCEPTANCE
Our technicians carry out the commissioning/acceptance of our systems on site, in compliance with all specifications, until the final handover.
DIGITALIZATION
In order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization, a team is dedicated to successfully implementing strategies and solutions.
